Kern Crushing, an entity of Kern Asphalt Paving and Sealing, Inc, has two centrally located crushing yard in Bakersfield and one crushing yard in Shafter. Customers can either drop demolished concrete or asphalt to be recycled at our 4626 Standard Street location, our 11720 Old River Road location, or 370 Carsen Way in Shafter location. Crushed and screened recycled concrete or asphalt can also be purchased from all three locations.
Our mobile unit and crew is also available for larger jobs. We will crush asphalt or concrete on location for a reasonable rate, which lessens trucking and transportation issues. We also provide asphalt pulverizing and milling to re-use existing materials on-site.
Our competitively priced, recycled materials can be used for certified class 2 base, or any other gravel needs.
